Bills land speedster Marquise Goodwin

Bills land speedster Marquise Goodwin

The Bills have had an offensive overhaul this offseason aren’t stopping yet, After trading for WR Sammy Watkins, RB Dalvin cook, and a couple of FA signings the Bills continue to add with WR Marquise Goodwin.

Goodwin is a playmaker with the ball in his hands. He isnt the biggest or strongest at 5’9 179 lbs, but man can he fly.

Goodwin had a blazing 4.25 40 time, and has a 98 speed rating in Madden, good for the second best behind only Tyreek Hill.

Goodwin Had a stint with the Bills from 2013-2016, underperforming in Buffalo, though mainly because of the QB carousel, and incompetent offense. Goodwin still flashed and that was enough for the 49ers to take a shot on him. Goodwin has become an all around WR with the speed to rak the top off against the best of them.

The Bills adding Goodwin gives them a dynamic they didnt have on last years roster. The Bills are loading up and hope to make huge strides and Goodwin will be a big part of that.

in 2019 Goodwin had a lack luster year with only 16 catches, but had 488 yards and 5 TDs, being used almost solely as a deep threat. The Bills will be lookimg to utilize Goodwin’s talent more and put the ball in his hands.

In the first preseason game Goodwin has already gotten the ball in a variety of ways, screens, RPOs, jet sweeps, etc.

Bills QB Josh Allen was quoted saying ” He’s a gamebreaker, not alot of guys can turn a dumpoff into a TD, but hes one of those guys. Its gonna be a blast playing with him, and hopefully we can get the deep ball going this year”

Josh Allen has been seen sporting a Sesame Street Cookie Monster jacket around Buffalo…
